However, if you encounter any issues with our paid services, please review our refund policy below:

Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Initial Resolution Guarantee

    If you have utilized our one-on-one support services and the issue remains unresolved despite following all provided guidance, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us at support@computank.com with the details of the issue and the steps you have taken.

  2. 30-Day Reoccurrence Policy:

    If a solution provided by CompuTank during our one-on-one support resolves your issue, but the same problem recurs within 30 days, we will assist you in resolving it again at no additional charge. Simply reach out to us with your previous correspondence and details of the recurring issue.

Conditions for Refund

  • Refunds will only be issued if all provided steps and solutions during our one-on-one support have been followed accurately, and the issue remains unresolved.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial support service date.

  • Issues that recur after 30 days from the initial resolution will not be eligible for free assistance. In such cases, standard service charges will apply.

  • Refunds are not applicable for issues caused by user error or misuse of the provided solutions.
